Dr. Morar’s 3 step program to help diagnose and treat what he calls and has coined, the “Metabolic Indian Syndrome” or MIS which effects Asian Indians. His “One 2 ka 4 program” is specifically designed to reduce early deaths secondary to heart disease in the Indian population.
This program has been inspired by Dr. Morar’s own health with a self-diagnosis of MIS and growing frustration in the USA with not finding physicians who know enough about Metabolic Syndrome and its particular risk for Indians which results in early heart disease and deaths.

Indians are more at risk than any other people on the planet because of a poor genetic history created by the 200 years of British occupation of India which killed millions of Indians by starvation and now has put them at risk of early heart disease and deaths.
